    [Perth, Australia – 18th February 2026] - Ritchie Bros., an RB Global company, has entered 2026 from a position of strength across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, supported by solid end-of-year results and a series of developments designed to give equipment owners more frequent selling opportunities and buyers improved access to global inventory in the months ahead. ​

    Ritchie Bros. closed Q4 2025 with solid momentum across APAC, reflecting continued buyer confidence and strong international participation. During the quarter, the company sold 6,500+ industrial lots, representing a 40% year-on-year increase, supported by 5,700+ bidders, up 15.3% compared with Q4 2024. Activity was led by construction and industrial assets, with hydraulic excavators, articulated dump trucks and crushers among the most in-demand categories. 
    Transport also delivered positive results, with 970+ lots sold in Q4, a 22% year-on-year increase, attracting 2,900+ bidders, up 29.6%. Demand was particularly strong for truck tractors and trailers, with buyers participating from Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Japan and Canada, underlining the depth of Ritchie Bros.’ international marketplace.

    A more frequent, market-led auction calendar

    Building on this momentum, Ritchie Bros. has reshaped its APAC auction calendar to remain more consistently in market throughout the year. Rather than concentrating activity into limited windows, customers will now see auctions spread more evenly across each quarter, creating shorter gaps between selling opportunities and a steadier flow of inventory for buyers.

    A more frequent calendar reflects how our customers operate today. It creates more timely and effective exit options for sellers, while buyers benefit from a steadier flow of equipment and better forward visibility. It keeps the marketplace active and responsive throughout the year.
